Small-Group
Personal Training
for Women

Opening November 2026 in St. Paul, MN

Strength looks different here.

It’s a heavy deadlift, but it’s also carrying all your groceries in one load.

It’s a walking lunge, but it’s also shoveling your entire driveway with ease.

No numbers on a scale or before & after photos here.

At Athena, we train for a strong, full life—and to show ourselves what we are capable of.

Training is better together.

The workouts matter, but they aren't the whole story. At Athena, we embrace the small group training model: personal training without the premium cost of 1:1 training.

Train 1-3x/week with the same group of people, creating something bigger than accountability. You gain workout buddies who celebrate your progress and notice when you’re gone. Before long, showing up feels less like a chore and more like the best part of your week.

Smart coaching. Real progress.

Every workout is thoughtfully planned and adapted to the people in the room.

Whether you're brand new to strength training, coming back after an injury, or preparing for your next race, you'll receive coaching that's based on experience, evidence, and what your body needs.

Athena Strength designs progressive, research-backed programming that helps you get stronger and more fit over time.

Ready when you are.

You don't need to know what you're doing before you walk through the door.

Schedule an intro session and see if Athena feels like the right fit.

  • “I really appreciate how Meg gently pushes me to challenge myself…I know that the workout was made with my ability in mind, not just generically prescribed. She knows my potential and limitations, so if she thinks I can do something, I believe it!”

    ~Taylor B

  • "I love that Meg is kind and encouraging without being intimidating or scary. I love that she understands real life, and is flexible and fun. I like showing up and just being told what to do! And I love the community she's created; I've made some great friends here."

    ~Carrie J.

  • “I am much more comfortable being uncomfortable, and I have a renewed appreciation of how strong and capable I am in all the ways. It reminds me to be playful and experiment, and to be open to trying new things and learning new skills.”

    ~Ursula L.
